Circuit training


Black Lion Martial Arts announces the beginning of Circuit Training

  • Starting January 31st
  • Every Tues and Thurs

These classes for members will include warm-ups, intense training exercises on body core areas focusing on the strength required for martial arts, and cool down stretching.

An example of this type of class would be:

  • 1 minute – as many push-ups as you can do
  • 30 second break
  • 1 minute – as many sit-ups as you can do
  • 30 second break
  • etc....

Come join us and challenge yourself...for life!
