Black Lion Martial Arts announces the beginning of Circuit Training
- Starting January 31st
- Every Tues and Thurs
These classes for members will include warm-ups, intense training exercises on body core areas focusing on the strength required for martial arts, and cool down stretching.
An example of this type of class would be:
- 1 minute – as many push-ups as you can do
- 30 second break
- 1 minute – as many sit-ups as you can do
- 30 second break
- etc....
